BOOKING / CANCELLATION Policy

Upon booking an appointment with us, a highly skilled professional has been allocated premium time to spend with you to achieve your desired results. Please respect our time, and if you wish to change or cancel a booking, a minimum of 24 hours is required. You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment that you must respond “YES” to confirm your booking. If no response has been received with less than 24 hours before your allocated appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will apply to your next visit. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, we ask you rebook with 2 days of your initial appointment to avoid a fee.

We understand last minute things do pop up, and management will use their discretion in these circumstances to avoid cancellation fee being applied.

All online booking require a $20 deposit to secure your booking.
